Introduction

YourWelcome is a hospitality startup who changing the way Airbnb hosts and Serviced Apartment providers can communicate and monetise their properties. The tablet application is designed to increase the profitability of every booking for vacation rental owners and operators. Their product range streamlines the operation process and adds a hands-off service layer, to increase revenue streams.

My Role

Ideation

Collaborate with the team of five and three founders to enhance and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

Usability

Base on the user painpoints, I work with the team to bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Design Execution

I executed all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

The Problem

User problem: The old navigation are not as intuitive amongst our property hosts age group compare to holiday makers.

Business problem: The amount of contents have grew to a point where the existing UI cannot contain all of the information.
